How we engage

Four ways to engage us

We contract to the outcome you need. Choose the model that fits the work. We will tell you plainly if another one fits better.

Statement of Work

A defined scope with deliverables, acceptance criteria and a fixed price or capped budget. Peritus directs the work and carries delivery risk.

When to use it. When the outcome can be specified up front, such as a qualification package, a readiness programme or a validation campaign.

Managed delivery team

A team of engineers assembled, mobilised and governed by Peritus, working as an extension of your engineering, quality and validation functions.

When to use it. When a programme needs several disciplines held together under one commercial relationship.

Embedded specialists

Senior engineers placed into your programme under Peritus technical oversight, with a clear path to move into managed delivery.

When to use it. When you need proven capacity quickly and want the option to scale into a managed team.

Specialist advisory

Senior practitioners engaged for design reviews, gap assessments, inspection readiness and decisions that need experienced technical judgement.

When to use it. When the question is what to do rather than who will do it.

Process

How an engagement runs

The same five stages apply whether we deliver a single protocol or a full facility programme.

  1. Scope

We agree the objectives, deliverables, acceptance criteria and risks with your project lead. We also confirm the commercial model.

  2. Mobilise

We assemble the team, complete site inductions and set up governance, reporting and document control.

  3. Deliver

We execute against the plan with milestone tracking, a live risk register and weekly reporting to your project lead.

  4. Assure

We review every deliverable against your quality system and the agreed acceptance criteria before it is submitted.

  5. Transition

We hand over documentation, knowledge and trained people so your site runs the system without us.
