Gregor is a principal process engineer and aseptic fill finish subject matter expert with more than 20 years of hands on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing across Australia, Switzerland and Europe.
He has delivered complex projects with leading manufacturers including CSL Behring, Novartis, Sandoz / Lek, Lonza and Bacthera AG. His work spans the full lifecycle of sterile manufacturing, from new line integration and equipment commissioning through to Annex 1 compliance, validation strategy and AI supported process optimisation.
At Peritus Consulting Partners Gregor leads technical delivery across aseptic fill finish, operational readiness, process engineering and digital manufacturing engagements. He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Led a Lean Six Sigma programme on a Bosch filling line at Sandoz / Lek, introducing high precision filling nozzles, automated transport and design changes driven by failure mode and effects analysis.
Clinical readiness in three months
Resolved critical commissioning and validation issues at Bacthera AG, allowing the project to proceed to clinical studies on schedule.
Aseptic vial filling line integration
Overseeing integration of a new aseptic vial filling line for CSL Behring, developing process recipes and functional specifications for automation systems.
Predictive maintenance platform
Developed analytics applications for global performance tracking, engineering compliance and capital replacement planning across several aseptic sites at Novartis.
